Any way to add SweetFX to an ENB without it? (Example given)

So I really love the flare effect from CR ENB, unfortunately the ENB itself has issues that make it kind of unplayable. I found that Beautification Project has the kind of colours/effects I want, but it doesn't have that same look of a brightly burning torch at night, with lense flare to boot. I know CR uses SweetFx for this (and I have the file) but I'd love to know- can I insert it into another ENB somehow? I tried some basic tampering, but it didn't seem to work. Obviously, since I don't claim to understand this stuff!
