how to get my Quest aliases to be recognized or updated

One thing if someone could tell me how to get my Quest aliases to be recognized or updated

See in the bottom left

REF 'VollackBook' -> NONE

REF 'Diana' -> None

and so on

 

If you do the command SQV in game it gives you info about your mod SQV MY_Mod_NAME_Here

I have researched an seen someone said this REF 'Diana' -> None means your quest aliases are not updated in the game. Which maybe the reason my quest map_markers do not appear.

 

I have tried save game and restarting... nothing. The rest of my mod works fine.
