How are SFX associated with moveable static NIF?

I'm trying to make an electric spark without sound FX. Moveable statics FXElectricArc01/02 look nice but they seem to play AMBElectricArcSmallA/B and/or AMBElectricArcLarge when they arc. They have no looping sound assigned in the GECK, so I'm guessing it might be triggered by one of the controllers in the NIF somehow, but I can't figure out how. Any ideas?

NiControllerSequence -> NiTextKeyExtraData -> Text keys under block details list.

 

It's listed multiple times in most every one of the keys in that list.

 

That's exactly what I was looking for, don't know how the heck I missed it. Thanks!
