Making very custom NPCs

Hello,

 

I am very new to modding and am looking for some advice or instruction. I recently made a player character using race-menu, KS-hairs, and tempered skin for males. I have been looking to turn him into a standalone NPC for a long while now, however am unsure how to do so. I know how to make NPCs using the creation kit, however I don't know how to make a custom npc that uses modded sliders, skin, and hair. I want others to be able to download him as a follower and have him look exactly as he does in my game (in regards to hair and face morph), however no matter what I do, I cant seem to find an online tutorial explaining what to do and could use some guidance,

This tutorial was written with changing existing NPCs in mind, but the basic procedure also applies to followers.
