Fallout 4: Having problems with invisible objects/walls and expanded textures across the screen

I reinstalled my game with no mods and start showing this issue that is better to put in images than words. It seems to be a LOD flicker issue so I've had installed no more disappearing act and also spring cleaning without luck. Also add the no culled line on my ini, also try mipmap=-1. I need some help plz. The funny part is that is described as a common LOD flicker but I can't fix it with any of the solutions available
