Downloading Problems

I was browsing the FO3 nexus, and noticed that one of the mods that i was using was updated. So, i immediately proceeded to download the update. Unexpectedly, Siteadvisor was saying that the download has a virus. I immediately thought that it was that file alone, and tried downloading other mods for testing purposes. Same thing, still being noted that it has a virus.Tried downloading from the other nexus sites, same thing. Thinking that my pc has somehow caught a virus (or someone's messing with it, i don't know. I'm only "average" when it comes to pc stuff), i tried downloading from other websites. Luckily (for me), i didn't get any virus warning.

 

So i've come to the conclusion that something might be wrong with the download system; or whatever it's supposed to be called.

 

I've been a member of the Nexus Sites for almost five years, and this is the first time that i've had this problem. So, i was wondering if anyone else is having the same problem. I download my mods manually, if that info helps. Guess you can say i'm old fashioned.
