I dunno, but I see that you have some mods that I can't find on Nexus. Perhaps older mods, since withdrawn? Any mod that's been withdrawn must be viewed with suspicion.

 

Also, two Behemoth mods, which may conflict with each other.

 

Also, five Better Locational Damage mods. I'd start by uninstalling all of them and see if that changes anything.
