CTD when loading saved game (SKSE)

I have a save game that i cant seem to load when i use the SKSE version of Skyrim but when i launch the normal (steam) version of the game it loads fine without any CTD. What can the problem be? The oldest version of that character works fine to load and other characters as well but not after that.
