Missing Shield textures

I've started re-playing Skyrim SE and after few hours of gameplay i noticed that guards shields are missing textures (light purple texture are appearing), I've read dozens of posts having problem with shield texture missing yet i couldn't find a solution for my problem and this is why I decided to post my own problem here, I've installed couple of mods and tried disabling any mods that could've change weapon/shield textures and still have missing textures, if anyone will know what's going on please help me fix this problem.

Hello, I looked into your load order and I think it may be Guards Armor Replacer causing the shields to be missing textures. Are you using Vortex. Instead of just disabling the mod try to uninstall the mod, keep the archive and keep a back up of it. Check the game again, and see if the shield is still missing. (I've found that just disabling mods doesnt always disable them, sometimes you need to remove them.)
