Base game wont download

So i just got into modding and i cant figure out how to download the base game mods like sandbox core, native and story mode. im assuming i need these to run any mod. Help?

What ? sandbox core , native and story mode are alredy here and you dont need to do anything with them.

Or ...I dont understand what you asking maybe.

You need these 3 things to run even game itself if i am right.

If you wanna try other mods , just install that mods and dont care about these 3 things.
