wazzler Posted July 28, 2013 Share Posted July 28, 2013 if you have the "restart to activate cars!" try making sure that your fallout.ini in your my documents/my games/falloutnv is not set to read only, this is how i got mine to work. dubiousintent Posted April 9, 2017 Share Posted April 9, 2017 Once it is installed, YOU don't do anything with NVSE. It is used by plugins that call for functions it provides.
