Wooden mannequin head

i,v tried various mods but nothing seems to work and if i try to remove the mods that involve mannequin i end up with male mannequin still with wooden head

 

now im using female mannequin by koryushin http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/4164

 

so any idea what is wrong and how to correct that
