a challenge for modders

Hi im new to the nexus. I had always loved mods but there has always been one that if I could have it might be one of the greatest mods. I always wanted to be able to make my own follower. I don't mean just like pick one you like and have follow I mean full customization. As in being able to change anything you can when you are making a new profile. you guys made it possible to do so much more with making a new profile and I was wondering if you guys would try making this? If you cant can you please message me so I know its not possible. But I came from xbox and I don't know the limits to modding so don't get mad at me if someone already asked this. thank you for trying in advance.
