To unlock all the facepaints your supposed to finish ultra hard mode ng+

It seems to me that by the time I finish unlocking the facepaints I will be done with the game and never actually use them... I want them from the start so I can use them.

 

Is is possible to transfer saves between accounts? If so maybe someone can upload a savegame that unlocks the facepaints.

 

Edit: It is indeed possible to transfer saves, no editing required, just copy/paste the save folder. I found a couple 100% complete saves floating around but all are done normal mode and so don't unlock the face paints.
