[Help] texture problem with custom build armor

Hello everyone, first time posting here. hope this post is in the right section

before I start, sorry about my English if things doesn't make sense,

and I am still pretty new to custom armor creating

 

ANYWAYS..!!

this is what I am currently running into.

It happens when I uses "Skin" and attach "Skirt Bones" in 3ds Max

 

on the Left > What it should have been

on the right > Problem I am facing

this is what it looks like both nifscope and the game..

 

What I have tried with the mesh:

*set both to Single faced texture, and double sided texture

*apply shell in 3dsmax to the mesh and make the mesh double sided

*use different dds texture

*different body

:wallbash: :wallbash: :wallbash:
