I'm walking through Whiterun listening to the breeze and looking at all the neat wood and iron signs hanging over the shops. Wouldn't you know it, even though there is obviously a strong breeze, not one sign is swinging! I would love to have the signs, and maybe even the bushes/foliage, move and creak in the wind. I'm a total newbie when it comes to making mods but I know some of you are the clever type and might be interested in making it happen. My thanks to you in advance!!!
