is there any mod what allowes u to just pick/change Follower abiltyes ?

 

it is wery forstraiting to have a follower to kil enemys 12 times and u end up getting worng 2 abiltyes so u have to delete it and spawn in a new one and u kill 12 again and u get wrong ablityes so u have delete it and spawn in again still have to repite this same progress 1000 times before getting right 2 abilty on 1 follower then there is still 2 other followers so have to do it like 2000 times more .... need a mod so badly .
