SSE Jagged Crown Circlet?

Wondering if it'd be at all possible (or already done? I can't find anything like it, if so) to essentially remove the metal helmet parts of the Jagged Crown, leaving only the front plate and bones, to make it more of a circlet? I have no idea how to edit models or I'd do it myself lmao :P

 

And, while we're at it, make it a separate piece of armor that you can craft; I hate that I have to hand the crown over in the civil war questline, it looks so cool! ;-;
