Skyrim Changes Windows Res/AA'd Text Upon Closing

So the reason I'm putting this thread in this topic is because it started with I was messing around with some optimizing mods. That, and the problem is ONLY with Skyrim.

Basically, whenever I open up my Skyrim it drastically reduces my WINDOWS resolution. Not my game resolution, my Windows Resolution. It brings it down from 1920x1080 to about 640x480, and it gets restored when I close it. Whenever I'm actually in game though, I don't actually notice it. But here's the catch, it's only in FULLSCREEN that I don't notice. It's in windowed mode that I notice it. A TON of my window is cut off by the bottom right side of my screen. Even if I tab out and change it back without closing the game, the window is TINY. Even with the tiny window though, it's all cut out INSIDE the window. But here is the real problem. Whenever I exit the game, fullscreen or not, all the text on my entire computer is anti aliased. It looks terrible. I messed around in AMD Catalyst to find a fix, but nothing has worked. I Googled the screen res on launch problem AND the anti aliased text problem, but I haven't found anything. The only solution I found is to restart my PC.

I'll post screenshots below.

So please, if you can, help me.

EDIT: It seems that it anti aliases my entire display, but it's pretty much only noticeable on text.

EDIT2: I also should have noted that it restores my resolution when I minimized, but as long as it's the maximized program the resolution is reduced.

EDIT2: I can't post the AA and non AA desktop screenshots because it just copies my screen, not what is being seen. But I still posted the resolution reduction picture w/ Skyrim.

This is on purpose,

The windows resolution has to come down,

Windows uses a lot of resources to run itself in the high res range.

What you are seeing is that windows becomes the resolution of the game.

Kinda self explanetory

Fix

Raise the resolution of your game to the max, now your windows will be the same.

PPl that Alt Tab

Crash but not completely crash outta game have seen windows behave this way.

IE the windows is not the reselution that they are used too.
