ROHT mages guild

Hi,

 

So when i talked to my Telvanni advisor about destroying the mages guild i asked him to wait and let me think about it in case i wanted to finish the mages guild before i destroyed them. Now when i talk to my advisor their is no option to continue with the ROHT quest to destroy the mages guild. I do have a log entry that says i told my advisor that i needed time to think but i cant find any way to continue the quest.

 

So how do I continue with the ROHT quest to destroy the mages guild?
