CTD Need a bit of help, new to this.

Hey there, really do hope I am posting this in the correct area and format was not sure how to use the spoiler tag. I do have 2 mods that aren't from the nexus. Both are off of the Loverslab site.

 

 

Spec wise of my rig is a 1060 6gb, 16gb of ram, an i5 6600k I believe, the unlocked i5 from a few years ago, Windows OS

 

 

I have been attempting to mod Skyrim Lg edition for a few days now. I branched a lot of my comfort zone and wanted to try using a ENB - Taz Visual Overhaul is the one I went for, then I wanted to make the vanilla feel more modern perhaps not lore friendly but more eye appealing to myself at least. I did a lot of test runs after installing each mod, seeing if the game was stable, and not CTD, I have ran LOOT and sorted my mods multiple times even cleaned a few with LOOTs suggestion, if curious they were 3DNPC believe the proper name is Interesting npcs and Immersive Citizens AI.

 

I am able to get into the character creation menu, with alternative start and vanilla start I am able to create my character, and get into the game but as soon as I try entering an area or leaving the starting zone the game entirely crashes.

Hopefully I did this all correctly and I could get some help with this issue any suggestions are welcomed and much appreciated I also think I attached my LOOT Debug file as well if that helps in any way.
