Drop SKSE into your Skyrim\ folder

The entire contents of the zip folder, often it's just a misinstallation. Very commonly dropped into skyrim\data\

Or even installed vai NMM which I don't think is how it's supposed to be done, becuase there again it puts the contents into the DATA folder.

to clarify, the SKSE.dll is this

skse_steam_loader.dll

which goes next to this

SkyrimLauncher

skse_1_8_151.dll

You should see all your print screens in that folder too

Than what am I suppose to do with the Data Folder? Can I just create an Rar file of it, add it to NMM, and install from there?

Over write the data folder, don't worry your not going to lose anything,

All you really have to do is with the Skyrim Folder open and the Zip window open drag and drop the entire contents of the Zip into the skyrim folder and say yes to overwrite's

A bit un-nerveing at first but before we had NMM or anything like that we did it all the time this way with every mod downloaded.

Oh dude I think you have the wrong folder!

c:\programfiles(x86)\steam\steamapps\common\Skyrim\ This is the normal Steam Install Folder

You should be fine but you need to be the "Administrator" to install into that folder, which if your the one that bought the computer,

should be preset to be the case.

The pick your showing me does not have the SkyrimLuancher in it.

Edit

Don't worry I'll have you up and crashing err Playing in no time :D

BTW

I doubt you have the folder in another place, becuase that takes a fair bit of work to do. Steam pretty much is always going to install to the path I wrote above.

You should see a fair bit of stuff in there, I've got the creation kit in there, a bunch of pictures like 20 or so, and tons of other stuff.
