Okay, let's start with I have low-end PC and have the basics (NVSE, Tick fix, NVAC) covered.

Here's my load order:

Now, as my title said, I need help with these plugins that could be compressed, either by directly modify parent (except vanilla) plugins or by creating one plugin with some or lot of compatibility for most of the mods (since the mods are either compatibility, unofficial patch to the mods, or extension for the mod) because apparently, my UI seems laggy if I load more than 150 even with mod limit fix.

"File compressions" is not really going to help you with a "low end" PC. What people usually mean by that phrase is "memory or CPU cycle (MHz) limited". The "Mod Limit Fix" functions by giving the game additional "file handles" (links to individual files) to enable multiple types of processes on that file at the same time. This takes up more memory, which is most likely already in short supply with a "low end" PC. Such limitations are more typical of a "console" and why things got "cut" from the original game.

So, you are effectively back to the original constraints of the game, around 128-140 active files. (150 is not a significant increase.) Try to prioritize and uninstall (on a temporary "test" basis) the less important plugins. (For example: how many weapons do you usually carry around with you? All the others in the game are effectively "eye candy". Each additional companion and opponent active at a time drastically increases the memory "overhead" needed to keep track of how they react. "Clutter" takes up video memory. Etc.) Then see the wiki "Merged Plugin Guidelines for Personal Use" article on how to merge plugins (which is not the same as a "merge patch" file) to get your active count down while still keeping the mods.
