Finished Dawnguard, getting CTDs

By CTD, I mean it crashes my entire computer. My hard drive also has bad blocks due to previous Skyrim issues, so that could be contributing. But until I can get a new one in I want to try and fix this issue.

I finished Dawnguard, killed Harkon, and immediately started getting CTDs. This is the error I'm currently getting:

[08/15/2020 - 12:33:53AM] Error: alias Follower on quest MQ301 (00044C56): Cannot force the alias's reference to a None reference.
stack:
[alias Follower on quest MQ301 (00044C56)].SwapJobAliasScript.ForceRefTo() - "<native>" Line ?
[alias Follower on quest MQ301 (00044C56)].SwapJobAliasScript.OnUpdate() - "SwapJobAliasScript.psc" Line 43

It's not occuring as frequently as the DLC1TrapPoisonBloom crash I was having before, but it still repeats. I can't find anything causing it. Checked LOOT, checked ReSave, nothing seems amiss and nothing is coming up in ReSave. I tried completing that quest (The Fallen) and it kept happening. I have only added a couple small mods since fixing my last issue and I can't even imagine how they could be causing this. Here's a link to my current mod order: https://pastebin.com/jszM8b7v

please help I just want to play video game

Oh shoot, maybe I did. I don't really use that mod, don't like having more than one follower at a time, so I can try uninstalling and see if that fixes it.

Update: Uninstalled all my follower-changing mods, still getting the error.
