Random CTDs and Freezes

Hello everyone, I'm actually new to modding Skyrim and I have a problem that I can't solve right now. My problem is I got random CTDs everywhere but its more often when I'm near cities especially Whiterun (only cities not villages, but I still get CTDs around villages) and also sometimes my game freezes and doesn't let me do anything, I even can't alt tab (I actually can but it only changes in background, skyrim always stays at the top.) only fix to the freeze is restarting my pc.

I tried using LOOT and followed its tips like using TES5edit etc, also my load order is managed by LOOT. I still have the same problem.

Not sure if its important but I use MO2 for everything mentioned here.

So I need your help people, thanks in advance.
