Need a Talanted Model Maker for T3T_WeaponTweaks

I'm currently developing a mod called T3T_WeaponTweaks. It's basically a mod of my personal weapon tweaks and favorite weapon mods. You can find it here

 

I wanted to do something special for the Eugene MiniGun you can receive from Rangers Quest. I basically wanted it to be a SAW Machine Gun, as seen in this photo:

I have Zero Knowledge about modeling or even where to begin animating, but I think you could jury rig it to load the clip like the drum of a Combat Shotgun. I would also like to have a kind of "Fallout tech" feeling to the SAW, basically how the AK-47 is interpreted as a Chinese Assault Rifle, that sort of thing.

 

If anyone could help me bring this to life that would be grand. But if not, I still say that's a cool idea.
