I recently reinstall fallout 4 and I installed a light number of mods that shouldnt even cause a problem unless someone can tell me.

Heres my load order:

0 0 Fallout4.esm
1 1 DLCRobot.esm
2 2 DLCworkshop01.esm
3 3 DLCCoast.esm
4 4 DLCworkshop02.esm
5 5 DLCworkshop03.esm
6 6 DLCNukaWorld.esm
---------------------------------------------
7 7 Unofficial Fallout 4 Patch.esp
8 8 ArmorKeywords.esm
9 9 NAC.esm
10 a ValiusHDTextures4K.esp
11 b Grasslands - Healthy.esp
12 c KSHairdos.esp
13 d LMBTOverlays.esp
14 e NAI.esp
15 f Gunner_Operator.esp
16 10 CBBE.esp
17 11 LooksMenu.esp
18 12 def_inv_scrap_en.esp
19 13 NAC-FarHarbor.esp
20 14 NAC-NukaWorld.esp
21 15 Armorsmith Extended.esp
22 16 NAC-AE Patch.esp
23 17 StartMeUp.esp
PRC ENB installed
Validated game files, and tried to uninstall some.
I have a Windows 10 Pro PC with following components:
Ryzen 2700x 8x Core Processor 3.7 GHz
Gskill Ripjaw 32gb Ram
RTX 2060 XC Super RGB 8GB
If anymore info is needed I'll be happy to provide but is there any solution I can use to fix this constant crashing?

*looks at UFO4Patch*

*left eye winces a little*

Try disabling UFO4Patch. It's been causing alot of people alot of problems lately.

I just uninstalled all my mods except for bodyslide and outfit studio, and tried making a new save. I get crashes when I pick up the pipboy in 111.

Well damn.

Alright, some basic questions.

Are you running the game through F4SE? (i know you said you don't have any mods installed right now, just gotta ask)

How many saves are in your save folder? (i know you said you just reinstalled the game, so you probably don't have any in there)

Having saves for a bunch of different characters can cause problems like this, so if you have that going on, delete/move them.

How's your Memory Cache looking? Open task manager, go to the Performance tab at the top, click the Memory box to the left. Underneath the graphs, what does it say under "Cached"?

If it's over 5gb, maybe clear it. I can give you a quick guide how to if you want.

Also, have you touched the Fallout4.ini or Fallout4Custom.ini files? I know you HAVE to edit them to allow for mods to work at all, but have you edited them beyond that?

I have memory cache set to clear every 10 minutes, I have about 765 MB of save storage and, I was running the game through F4SE but I tried booting from launcher and playing the game in vanilla. But I havent touched the fallout ini's since i reinstalled but they should be the same since steam doesnt uninstall any fallout files from the documents.

I managed to solve it by going into my /Interface folder and deleting the contents inside, there was a couple pipboy files that steam did not replace when I validated game files so i felt that was the culprit, going to run some tests with mods installed
