Skyrim crashes at character creation screen

Meh I finally managed to get past the char edit screen and played till I got out of helgen keep... but now I can't load... it crashes when I try loading :(

 

Works fine when I try to start a new game though ...

I am assuming you set up BOSS and TES5Edit to run through MO, cleaned the flagged plugins, removed the redundant plugins, checked out the unrecognized esp's and set their load order position, etc. and so forth. Post your new BOSS log and we'll take a look.

You didn't remove the redundant plugins I noted earlier:

The other thing is that it looks like you still have to manually arrange the load order position of the plugins not recognized by BOSS. If you simply let them load after your Bashed Patch, you basically nullify previous steps you've taken to try and stabilize the load order. They *look* like custom armour/clothing mods. I am betting the chance they conflict with other mods is small (unless they edit leveled lists, outfit records, or NPC records to distribute the custom clothing/armour). But you need to check them out in TES5Edit to make sure, then load them so they are not overriding any mods they are conflicting with. As I mentioned, you can then use the 'BOSS Userlist Manager' to set custom rules for the unrecognized plugins so the load order position you decide on for them do not get reset whenever you run BOSS.

I made it work at last... had to uninstall Ashen Race and PCEA and it works but oddly I can only load auto saves...
