I don't know how to deal with brawls

Hello,

 

I already use modern brawl patch and it works well.
However, it may seems stupid, but sometimes NPC still turn hostile because they surrender when I'm still landing a hit that I can't cancel (or too slow to cancel).
I'm can't find a solution for that, if someone has any idea I would be glad to know it :)

Mods that increase number of accidental hits against friendly npcs help if I recall correctly
