Footsteps

I have a little problem wit the footstep sound. In third person there are no footstep sounds when walking, normal running or sprinting. When i go into first person then they are there. Also in third person there is the jump sound, and when I take a weapon the sound is there too. All other npc's don''t have any sound.

Downloaded now High Heels Sound, and a mod which use this sound and it works the same. No sound while normal walking, running or sprinting in third person, but in first person the sound is there.
