Problem with custom follower

Right now I've followed the guide to making a custom Follower and managed to get it ingame...however there's a problem with it.

 

I'm making a Giant Rad Scorpion pet follower (named Pinchy) and she spawns outside of Megaton however I can't seem to make her non-hostile to those surrounding Megaton, every time I load up to check, Pinchy goes on a rampage and destroys the everything there.

 

Now I've added a custom Faction which considers the Player Faction a Friend, which means that Pinchy doesn't attack the player but still proceeds to attack the other NPCs.

 

Another problem is that a can't seem to get Pinchy to recognise dialogue, while I've created custom Dialogue for hiring/firing and waiting (you can't get a Rad Scorpion to do much else no matter how well trained).

 

What could I do to solve this problem?

heh sorry for the late reply and it was a bit of a stupid moment, I had Pinchy as part of the wild life faction as you said so hence the reason she was going beserk (though I did discover that Giant Rad scorpions are incredibly tough vs the entire town of Megaton in the process...seriously she oneshot Lucas Simms in the back with a sting, go Pinchy!)

 

Still trying to get the dialogue to be recognised but once I get it working would anyone be interested in me uploading the mod.

 

Also thinking of working on a Pinchy's Adventure overhaul having the player replaced as a Rad Scorpion with all sorts of Rad Scorpion related perks however there's not 1st person view of the tail attack or the claws attack, I'm not very skilled in 3D modelling but will see if I can't do a work around.
