Trouble with installing some mods

So I am pretty much as new as you can get to modding (just started today), and I was trying to download a bunch of mods. I found it easy enough to download any sort of plugin mod (like A Quality World Map) and it works perfectly. My problems arise with any sort of mesh or model replacement mods like cbbe and things like racemenu. I was just starting with my female npc and character body replacements when I found that they weren't doing anything in game.

 

I currently have these mods installed:

• Unofficial Skyrim Special Edition Patch
• Ordinator
• CBBE
• A Quality World Map
• RaceMenu
• BodySlide and Outfit Studio
• Skyrim Script Extender
• Alternate Start
• SkyUI
• JK's Skyrim all in one
• Diverse Dragons Collection
• Ars Metallica

Now all of these seem to work just fine, except RaceMenu, BodySlide and CBBE. I get a failed to parse plugins notification which says:

I don't know anything about how to fix this, or even what is wrong with it. Any advice would help, but remember that I am knew to this, and might not understand some of what you tell me to do.

Also when I try to start a new save file, I get a message saying that I have SKSE 0.0.0.0 installed and I need a newer version. I have the latest version installed from the website so I don't know how to fix that either.

I also just realized that the SkyUI Mod seems to be disabled because the error with SKSE. So any fixes with that aswell could really help me out.
