hamly12 Posted December 21, 2008 Share Posted December 21, 2008 so i have this idea for a perk and a weapon, although i dont have a name for the gun, here it goes: Perk: RUN!: increases your speed by 30% when you have 20% health or less. Gun: its like a dart gun, but instead of doing damage, you shoot the enemy at any part and the enemy screams and his head blows up, has a low rate of fire, and has 8 bullet's in a clip/magazine, it looks like the gunfrom the metal gear series (if you dont know how it looks like here's a link: http://image.com.com/gamespot/images/2001/..._screen042.jpg) You have the right to tweak the perk, and maybe change the "Design" from the pic i linked. DragonJTS Posted December 21, 2008 Share Posted December 21, 2008 I've actually been trying to make a perk that increases your speed, but near as I can tell, the speed values cant be changed via script. you can either change them with a mod, or not.
