Moonlight tales issue (haven't seen anyone else with this)

Well boys I just started playing skyrim se on pc and the last time I used moonlight tales was on xbox and it worked amazing. So I'm sure its all me for the problem, but I'm not exactly sure where to problem is. The powers that I use in wolf form aren't working. Like the call of the predator thing that summons wolves or werewolves summons nothing for me. The stats and the powers I get in regular form still work it's just any power that has to do with howling. Also what is the need for the first power that goes north. Don't you already get fear normally without putting any perk points into anything. What is the point getting a perk for it. Also I don't have a mcm for moonlight tales. I just have the ancient ring that everyone gets in the beginning. Would love any feedback or help with this problem. Its kinda ruining my game play and my immersion. :sad:

 

These are some of the mods I have that might be a problem. Since the website wont let me post screenshots of all my mods. Any advice would be welcome.
