Issue with SSEdit and Main esm files

I've run SSEdit done the auto clean and today noticed loot requested "This plugin contains wild edits beyond ITM and UDR records and deleted navmeshes and may require additional manual cleaning to not interfere with other mods. Dawnguard.esm Wild Edits Cleaning Guide" but once I finished it and ran "apply filter to show for conflicts" I noticed that Update.esm is lit up red as if it were Christmas. I was not able to find any update.esm manual cleaning guide's, wondering if this is going to be a problem? Update.esm is so far conflicting "red" with both Dawnguard and Dragonborn.

The problem in update.esm conflicting with Dragonborn.esm, are red in Xedit "Sub-block 4, 0 & 4, 1" RiverWaterFlow [WATR:01001232] is being problematic in worldspace. As well as, Body Parts/0013492 [DragonbodyPartData] is lit like mad. Can I erase Riverwaterflow and how do I handle the red conflicts with DragonbodyPartData?

Take in consideration that no mods are being revised nor is it dirty as all expansion masters have been quick auto cleaned.

Thank You for any assistance.

Well, in a correct load order, Dawnguard and Dragonborn are loaded AFTER update.esm. So conflicting records in update.esm are overwritten - which means they are shown in red in SSEEdit. Just looked at my files. It's the same for me: Overwritten records in update.esm - meaning update.esm is marked in red.

I wouldn't worry too much about it all. I also never did the manual cleaning for Dawnguard. AFAIK, the recommended manual edits are mainly about removing unused stuff. The risk of getting fatal mod conflicts because of these entries is minimal. On the other hand, you can screw up your game if you make a mistake with those manual edits...

Run the official Bethesda files through SSEEdit in "quick auto clean" mode, do this twice for Dawnguard (for all other .esm files, once is enough) and forget about the rest....
