theouterworlds Request - Max Out Skill Points

Is there a way through console commands to increase the skill points. I already have a game in progress and I'm tired of not having enough skill points to get lock pick or hacking items. Thanks in advance.

I just figured it out on accident...lol.

 

I raised and lowed my level in console commands. I went up to 30 then back to 15, then up to 30 again. The game gave me another 100 points for hitting level 30.
