Male npcs randomly wearing incompatible clothes/armors for female bodies

I got a really tedious problem, i continue to encounter random(but frequently) male npcs(mostly settlers so not named ones) with armors or clothes i installed for Type 6M female body and so making them incompatible and their body is invisible, what should I do to fix it?

if I deselect it, the issue is gone.

There are no prerequisites listed ? "Type 6 " ?

what other requirements are needed? what Nude packages are required?

I use type 3 and some others from a friend too but Not above type 3.
