LE Slower Clock?

Is there a mod that makes time move slower. Meaning the passage of the clock. It seems to me the 24 hour cycle moves too fast for my taste. I could not find anything after a few quick searches. Any recommendations? My apologies if this info is already out there, I am new and could not find any info about this topic.

There's simple console command for that

 

set timescale to X

 

X is the wanted time rate.

Default is... umm.. can't remember.

However, below 8 is not adviced as it might break quests. (I personally use 8 myself. )

Meaning, 1 real minute is 8 in-game minutes.

Thanks for the reply. Yes I was curious about the effects on the game. I will give you suggestion a try.
