(mod request) Edit speech check before leaving Doc Mitchell house

hi, its me again, I not native English, sorry if there any mistake,

 

in my previous post in "GECK and Modders" section

i asked to find a dialog, and the result by Ladez :

 

This topic can be found in the VFreeformGoodsprings quest.

I tried to edit this "condition" for 2 hours, by googling and " try and error", with zero results, and in this point, i give up,

(i can edit text, script, and sound, but this condition somehow is hard)

so, my request is quite simple: please edit the all of 30 skills challenge to 5 (replace 30 with 5),

 

so please somebody makes this mod for me,
