Some mods around the net include chest and leg armor as separate pieces, but most of the leg armor tends to be some thong or g string. If you're lucky it'll have as much coverage as actual panties. I think a mod should be made that includes form fitting but not revealing leg pieces for female characters in the game. aka, pants. Simple, right?
