Becoming part of "The Family", Vamp mod

I haven't ever modded anything other than weapons in Morrowind years back but I loved Quarl's "The Underground" and "Vampire embrace" by Cortex. I was hoping someone would have already seen the need to do something with The Family in FO3 so you could take a perk or something (instead or connected to the cannibal perk) to become a vampire and mezz your enemies to become slaves or vampires themselves. I am willing to throughly test, no matter how many hours or restarts are needed.Anyone else like the idea, I know we have some genius modders out there too. :thumbsup:
