CK crashes when loading an .esp file

I made that esp with tesannwyn, it has an heightmap of 4608x4608 pixels (I will have to use much less because I'm going to do an island pretty jagged). When I try to load skyrim.esm and this worldspace.esp CK stops loading at about 60% of skyrim.esm

Is this because of the worldspace too big? how do i avoid this?
