Horses Mod, Speed

i cant seem to slow the darned thing down!! lol i think i figured out how to speed it up.. but beyond that the thing wont slow down to save its life.. or mine for that matter lol.

 

and to anyone who's used it, I can seem to hit with bows, but have yet to be able to hit anything with a melee weapon, is it possible? maybe its just cause i created a new char with it, and my longblade skill was 5.. :P
