Help with scripting - retrieving magnitude from within a script effect

Hi !

I'm feeling pretty stupid right now, hope you guys can help. I have a Base Effect (myBaseEffect), type Script, linked to a script (myBaseEffectScript). Effect is used in an Ability Effect (mySuperCoolAbility), with a magnitude of 5.

 

How the !%!**?! do I retrieve the magnitude from within the EffectStart, EffectUpdate or EffectFinish block ? I've been looking all over the functions list and can't find anything. Am I missing something, or did Bethesda not include this very basic modding facility ?

 

Another thing : I've been trying to capture the location of a Stimpak use (which limb it was used on) from within an attached Script Base Effect. Same problem, can't find a function to do it, GetTargetRef is empty. Any idea ?
