(NEED HELP) How do I extract Sekiro's sound files?

I've been trying to find a way to extract Sekiro's sound files to get voice lines and sound effects. Does anybody know how to do it?

 

I've been trying to find a way to extract the FSB files in the sound folder but to no avail!

 

I've seen youtube videos of clean audio files being posted so I know it's possible, I just don't know how!
