SSE Mod request - please

I have found the perfect player home..

 

I have a few changes I would like to request:

 

1 - Turn the home into a disembodied pocket dimension..

2 - Create a teleport spell to enter/exit the home.. Allowing followers..

3 - Remove doors to exit..

4 - Remove dwemer cube stand..
