Vortex suddenly not synced and no mods installed. however game still has all saves and mods attached

So i rans FNIS, closed vortex once done, and then started my game. The game froze after a decent amount of play about an hour or so...I. wanted to take a look at some mods in vortex, opened it, and they were all gone...most all of the saves were gone too! A scant few mods remained. But...i started my game once more... and nothing had changed there!

The folders don't show actual mods, just the directory,and the fact that I at one time had them.

 

Is there something i'm missing that will allow me to recover my mods on the vortex side? or are we talking redownloading them all?
