Transparent wrist issue but no known mods that alter bodies...

EDIT: So this is bizarre. I've found that this ONLY happens on Stormcloak armor and ONLY if I try to equip another item before or at the same time as said armor immediately after your hands are unbound at the beginning of the game. To work around it, when my hands are first unbound, I simply loot the dead body as suggested and ONLY equip the Stormcloak armor. It doesn't matter what I do after that. I'm hoping that's the only time I encounter this.

 

In short, it's not as much of an issue as it was before since I know how to work around this particular instance. I'm just confused how on Earth this is happening and hoping it's the only armor piece it happens for (and that the same workaround will actually work if it's not!).

I know this has been asked 1,000 times and there seems to be just as many answers and fixes. I've spent a ton of time (probably too much) trying to obtain that "perfect" Skyrim experience and I think I'm finally there with exception to this very last issue. I've been able to resolve every other issue except this one and it's absolutely killing me!

 

To troubleshoot I started a new game, clearing my mod list and adding a single mod each time (yes, I'm as terribly sick of the intro scene as you're imagining) to try and narrow down the issue but the results were inconclusive. Through more testing I realized it was only when I equipped an armor (not weapons) piece that the issue occurred! Specifically, it was the first Nord armor you get in Helgen keep off the Nord body in the very beginning of the game.

I'm using the latest version of Mod Organizer and sorted my load order with LOOT. I figured I'd try to ask the vastly more experienced mod community here first before going back at it mod by mod again...See my load order and mod list below.
