How to make an armor or weapon replacer for skyrim SE using CK

I am a novice in using CK, basically i know few thing like creating standalone armors and weapons , porting mods for SE, but i need help for making a replacer mod for SE. I would be test using available armor mods for se so i already have the meshes and textures. Any help will is appreciated.
