zantariz
I'm a beginner Skyrim moder trying to try my hand with the Creation Kit. I have installed Skyrim, the Update for skyrim, Dawnguard, and Hearthfire. When I try to load any individual master file or combination thereof I am receiving errors when loading. As recommended here: http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/21690 I've added the bAllowMultipleMasterFiles=1 and bAllowMultipleMasterLoads=1 to the end of the GENERAL section of the SkyrimEditior.iniI've also updated this entry: SResourceArchiveList2=Skyrim - Shaders.bsa, Update.bsa, Dawnguard.bsa, HearthFires.bsa .. but I'm still getting errors. If I load just Skyrim as the master file I get error: MASTERFILE: NavmeshInfo 00028e37 has no parent space, ignoringThen: MASTERFILE: Errors were encountered during InitItem for reference: Base: 'AutoLoadDoor01' (00031897), Ref:'' (00015E1D), Cel: "YngolBarrowExterior' (0000B452) (38,11) in world 'Tamriel' (0000003C) See Warning file for more information. If I click Yes to All, it appears to finish loading and I am able to create content to play around and follow the tutorials. I was even able to access the mod space in game. However, I'm not comfortable trusting anything I create with an imperfect load. If I try loading Skyrim, Update, Dawnguard, and Hearthfire, I'm sure everyone knows by now you get many erros on the duplicate records in Dawnguard and Hearthfire, so I assume mod with only one or the other at any time. If I try loading Skyrim and Hearthfire I get: Quest: Could not find previous info (01003ED1) for TopicInfo (01003ED2) in Topic "RelationsAdoption_SharedInfos" (01003D00). Then the same for "RelationshipAdoption_JustAdoptedBranchTopic" etc.... through all the adoption stuff I assumeThen something about Masterfile: Missing sibling 010162A0 found in story manager node 'WIChangeLocationNode' 000A39C6 under parent node 'Change Location Event' (0001320E). Then back to the NavmeshInfo error stated above and so forth. I'm not sure why I'm having so many errors when it sounds like many of you are working just fine. zantariz
P.S. I will be downloading and installing the Dragonboard expansion as soon as it is available as well (I believe tomorrow). So that will further complicate things. I'll be watching for a (hopefully) comprehensive post on how to integrate the Creation Kit with the multiple expansion packs. Ghaunadaur
We're all getting these errors. There are errors when just loading Skyrim.esm. Dawnguard.esm and Hearthfires.esm will add some bonus errors.

I'll stop tearing my hair out now... So I assume it's safe to proceed with Mod creation regardless of the errors?
scrivener07
Watch out loading dawnguard. Youll need to extract the strings folder from dawnguard.bsa or the CK will error and not load.

cronicguard
I'm getting the exact same error, and aside from your post I haven't seen hide or hair of the problem anywhere else on youtube or google. Sorry I don't have anything to help with it, just stating I'm stuck too lol
